The Doors - The Crystal Ship / Dick Clark Interview / Light My Fire
Love how Dick Clark always would ask a question to all band members. I recently came across a video of Bon Jovi in 1984. They were nobody’s then and he made sure he spoke to every member. That’s just who Mr. Clark was and he genuinely loved music
3 instruments, no auto tune. no fuzz pedals, just talent.
Jim was wrong about one thing, the west is not the best.
The west is the best!!! 🤘🤘🤘🙏🙏🙏
The West Is The Best….lol
Live performance. No special effects or digital manipulation...nothing...just sheer unadulterated music a wall of perfect sound.
Wish it was live instead of just lip synched. Nevertheless cool to watch
They will be in rock and roll history forevermore
Why did they not have a Bass guitarist?
Ray Manzarek the keyboardist play the piano bass on top of his organ
God mode
Dick Clark is as much a legend as The Doors.
Stendhal syndrome is what i get when i watch this....
I thought, how can they pull this off? But they nailed it, with sincerity. Jim was in absolute peak condition.
It's about shooting up, slamming dope.. 😮
That's the studio version and no guitar cords, are they lip syncing? 😮
Mega Satan Ritual WTC 2001 Stolen His Story In Great Tartaria war Krieg unbekannt 🙏❤ Innere Erde...
This will never b replicated bc younger ppl aren't interested in Genuineness, Making an impact with their craft. Most r only interested in likes and hearts on social media
GENIO, INMORTAL, MÁGICO.

Awesome The Crystal Ship song males me fall in love Jim and the Doors. ❤❤❤❤
🚪🚪👍
What year was this?
1967
All these later... Untouchable.
Credence Clearwater Revival or the Doors?
Just before I make any big wager The Crystal Ship get's my head in the right place? Less clowning is a good thing !
Grande Jim morrison gigante
Jim did not go to the Gym. :-) Me neither. good performance.
Clark let them sync the lyrics. Sullivan tried to censor them. Wow. 😂
Morrison was very shy...couldn't sing and face audience!!!🙏🙏🙏 but he figured it out!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
DOORS ARE UNIQUE!!!🎤🎵🎸🎶🎹🎤🎶🎸🎵🎹
Radio stations need to play more of the Doors...
They were really the pioneers of this sound like no other.
Ti adoro Jim❤😊
you can tell he hates all this crap. Jim Morrison was different. I doubt if he would of showed up for any of these ridiculous award shows we have today.
❤❤❤❤❤👍👍
I was 6 years old when this song was released. I was very aware of the Beatles music in '67, I definitely remember this song back in the summer of 1967 - it was playing everywhere. What a time to be alive, even though I was a little kid.
Jim Morrison was a lyrical genius.. The Doors were a very talented band. Every song was a love letter from Jim.❤
The Doors appeared on July 22, 1967 on this show before Ed Sullivan on September 1967. Thanks for sharing❤
They're not really playing and singing live
Я впервые услышала Дорз, когла мне было лет 12, в конце 80-х. И до мих пор песни Дорз приводят в трепет.
This kills me. I hate lip syncing but John's not even at his kit and the track starts. Fun to hear them talk though. The interview better than the "performance", and this is the edited single.
The key board work is great, so cool how they went without a bass.
I was a “Door-Knob” for most of my teen years.
The first pianosong I desperately wanted to learn. Beautiful piano. ❤
I don't think I've heard Jim speak. I'd expect a more resonant voice. His speaking voice is kind of a horse whisper. Ironic.
Great! I Love the Doors! ❤❤❤❤
Light My Fire has been my favorite song since I was a teenager in the 60's(a great time). I was able to train my daughter to appreciate the Doors & the really neat thing is that my granddaughter likes the Doors too.
Never relished the had no bass player
This is favorite song❤
Escalofríos............
